About

I strongly believe that by creating a safe and grounded space, this will allow individuals to be comfortable in processing challenges of daily life to complex traumas. I am passionate about empowering others to cultivate greater self-awareness, confidence and attunement. My experience is working with children, adolescents and adults who have dealt with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, stressful life transitions, identity and relationship issues. I specialize in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds with a focus on first and second-generation immigrants, young adults and families–largely within the AAPI community.

My approach is rooted in authenticity, cultural sensitivity and empathy. My commitment is to help individuals facilitate transformative growth by exploring relationship patterns, unfolding past experiences and addressing unconscious maladaptive thoughts or behaviors. I believe it is of key importance to build a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients.

I integrate various therapeutic approaches into my practice, ensuring a diverse and tailored experience for each individual. I aim to actively listen, offer tools, support and empower my clients in increased self-love, healthier relationships, and an overall greater satisfaction in their lives.
