I believe everyone has the capacity to live fulfilling lives and cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with others. However, sometimes challenges from our present or past arise in ways that interfere with our ability to be our fullest selves. My hope is to help you identify and shift what feels like it is blocking you from living and loving yourself and others the way you want to. When we hurt in relationship, it is important to also begin to heal in relationship. My hope is that the therapeutic relationship can be a place for your healing to begin. I have experience treating complex trauma, substance use, anxiety, and process addictions, including sex & love addiction. I am passionate about finding the right approach for each individual and am trained in a variety of modalities including EMDR, DBT, Expressive Art Therapy, psychodrama and Non-violent Communication In addition to clinical work, I am trained in restorative justice and conflict resolution practices and strongly support clients to become advocates in their own lives.
