About

As a licensed therapist, I have experience working with children, teens, and adults with various concerns. I am dedicated to everyone with whom I work, though my heart is drawn particularly to supporting young adults who are facing the intricacies of independence, education, career choices, and personal growth. I am committed to creating a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals where you can explore your identity, overcome obstacles, and celebrate your unique journey. Whether you're navigating coming out, relationship dynamics, or mental health concerns, I'm here to provide the compassionate support you deserve.

I draw from a range of evidence-based techniques and believe in tailoring sessions and therapeutic technique to fit individual need. I gravitate toward utilizing psychodynamic approaches and explore the complexities of family patterns, defenses, and unresolved issues, and believe that unpacking these dynamics fosters healing, growth, and healthy connections.

At the end of the day, we all have ways we can grow, and one of the ways to do so is by allowing ourselves to be vulnerable so we can learn more about who we are and how we connect with others. By modeling genuineness and empathy, I build strong therapeutic relationships with my clients.
