About

I work with ages 17 to 65 and treat ADHD, personal growth, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, life transitions, peer relationships, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, stress, divorce, dual diagnoses, women’s issues, and mood disorders. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy-informed approaches, person-centered therapy, humanistic therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, and strengths-based techniques. I have a multicultural, trauma-informed perspective.

I believe that strong therapeutic relationships are rooted in acceptance and compassion. Through genuine curiosity, emotional awareness, and a collaborative approach, I help my clients find solutions that align with their truest values and desires. I teach my clients practical skills they can use right away. She often supplements in-session with work.

When the student is ready the teacher will appear. I am looking forward to working with you.
