About

When we see ourselves clearly, it's good for the people around us. Trying to live well and do right by others when we don't honestly know ourselves usually has unintended impacts. If you've been quick to help people, but reluctant to seek support for yourself, let's talk. I welcome people who are skeptical about therapy. It is very important to me to be affirming of all genders and expressions, and to be an active anti-racist ally. View 3 Photos

I focus on codependency, burnout, perfectionism and compassion fatigue. I am a person-centered gestalt therapist who believes in building real, honest relationships with clients. I am certified in working with Compassion Fatigue for caring professionals, and have training in mindfulness meditation.

It is important to find a therapist that you feel comfortable talking to, so you may need to meet a few before you find the right one for you. Contact me and set up a meeting to see if we're a good fit!
