About

Young adults face many life transitions, such as identity exploration, planning for future education and career, and relationship challenges. Their therapeutic needs are personal and unique to their overall goals and view of life. Exploring trauma, addressing identity issues, reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, and creating a new narrative for success are all part of effective psychotherapy.

By working to explore and reduce distressing symptoms and navigate many types of life transitions, I can help clients identify their needs, set and achieve goals, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and improve overall wellness.

Allow me to use both the evidence-based treatment of anxiety and mood disorders paired with a client-centered, existential approach to help improve the quality of life of those seeking psychotherapy services.
