About

We all have what it takes inside to make it over life's hurdles, but sometimes we need a helping hand. I am here to give you the support and skills you need to overcome the difficulties you face. I understand that looking for a therapist is a vulnerable experience. Be assured that I will see you as a person rather than a diagnosis. I believe that each person is unique. Therefore, I draw from multiple psychological approaches and tailor my approach to your personality and specific needs.

My life has been dedicated to helping people whether it was through my first career as a dental hygienist, my volunteer work, or my current career as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach. I have over 14 years of client care experience.

In order to incorporate all aspects of mental health, I also have a certificate in integrative nutrition. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, sexuality, gender, grief, trauma, coping skills, and communication. I also provide parent consultations for those who are struggling to know how to help their children.
