I specialize in women's mental health and interpersonal relationships, including conflict resolution, marriage and couples counseling, anxiety, depression, trauma, and abuse. My counseling sessions are tailored to create a supportive environment where women can flourish. By adopting a Psychoanalytic and Psychosocial approach, we delve into your past and examine your past relationships, so you can better understand yourself. What beliefs did you develop about yourself during your childhood? Who are you, and how did you become that person? Achieving your most authentic self involves self-reflection and self-love, and by delving into your true self, we can make it happen.
