Hey Family! Whether my work with individuals, couples or families, many of the people who I do work with want help with unblocking emotional expressions, fostering open communication in their relationships and/ or helping with being and feeling fully human. A lot of my clients desire authenticity in the therapy room and we work together using creative interventions to reach the goals they set. I specialize in couples and family therapy and also hold a certificate in play therapy. I see the world through a systemic lens and use a lot existential interventions in session. In couple or family therapy, I focus on the system as a whole verses the individuals in the family. Deciding to start or get back into therapy is something to be celebrated. I would love to celebrate that with you and/or your family.
