About

Are you ready to explore what you need to feel more in control, balanced, and empowered in your everyday life? Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child, a teen navigating tough emotions, or an adult dealing with life’s challenges, I’m here to help. I work with young people facing ADHD, autism, behavioral struggles, trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as adults dealing with issues like domestic violence, substance use, career stress, and mental health concerns. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, identifying strengths and setting goals that empower you to feel more capable and in control every day.

In our sessions, I focus on building your strengths—whether through goal setting, time management, social skills, or processing challenges. I’m especially dedicated to supporting children and families in the foster system, helping them navigate substance use, placement changes, and domestic violence. My goal is to help you feel supported and empowered.

Your mental health journey is unique, and I’m here to create a space that feels right for you. Together, we’ll explore what works best so that you feel empowered and in control of each day. I look forward to helping you find an approach that truly fits your goals.
