About

I am deeply passionate about the work that I do, and the women who invite me into their lives and share their stories of strength, resilience and hope with me. It’s truly an honor to walk beside my clients and offer support in navigating challenges and overcoming barriers to living their most fulfilling, authentic and joyful lives. My counseling style is warm, compassionate, and rooted in building deeply meaningful, trusting relationships with my clients. I truly love what I do.

I specialize in helping clients overcome eating disorders, as well as complex issues surrounding food and negative body image. Additionally, I provide support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, chronic illness, grief and loss, and navigating pregnancy and postpartum transitions.

I know that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and it’s an important step that you deserve. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you to address the challenges you’re facing and move toward the future you envision.
