I operate from a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy. This approach aims to provide a safe place to be your authentic self while identifying what gets in the way of a life worth living. I believe we are all doing our best, and it is more than okay to ask for help along the way!

I want to assist you in identifying your strengths and areas of future growth because life is a continual process of learning and developing into who you were created to be.
