Juggling the ups and downs of anxiety, depression, relationship and family challenges, work and daily stressors can feel impossible at times. My goal in therapy is to provide you with a nonjudgemental and empathetic space where you can find clarity, achieve your goals and create a more fulfilling life. I strive to give you agency in your wellness journey and make sure that you feel heard and connected in the therapeutic space.

I specialize in self esteem, anxiety and sports related mental health challenges. I utilize a holistic and individualized approach to foster connection and growth. With tailoring my approach to each individual, I use a humanistic and person-centered lens while utilizing strength based, narrative and CBT techniques.

I believe that no matter what you are going through, having a safe individual to confide in can make a world of difference. Whether your goal is to develop coping skills, work through challenges or process a traumatic experience, I strive to work with you to build your confidence, highlight your strengths and enhance your happiness.
