About

People begin seeing a therapist for many reasons--you may be experiencing overwhelming stress, feeling a sense of hopelessness or loss of meaning in your life, living with painful grief, coping with traumatic past or present events, suffering in relationships, or simply feeling "stuck." In our sessions together, you and I will explore your goals, wishes, feelings, and concerns, with the aim of moving toward natural wholeness within yourself and in your relationships with others, in an atmosphere of warmth, authenticity, and acceptance.

I come from a varied clinical background. I am a Diplomate Jungian Analyst with the IRSJA/IAAP. I also employ mindfulness practices, dream work, and MBTI, and have conducted groups for anxiety and depression. My 30-year career in the fine arts and higher education is integrated into my clinical practice through the use of music, imagery, and dream work.

My goal is to provide a supportive environment for you to experience healing growth. I believe that you have an innate ability to move toward positive change, integration, and wholeness. I encourage work with images and dreams in my practice and with the unconscious as a way of enriching and enlivening the conscious perspective.
