About

As a seasoned licensed psychologist, I specialize in humanistic therapy, which encourages self-exploration, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. This therapy involves empathic listening, unconditional positive regard, and a non-judgmental atmosphere to help patients gain insight it into their feelings, behaviors, and experiences. I work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, a sense of alienation, trauma aftermath, and couples' dissatisfaction. My mission is to alleviate needless suffering and guide you towards embracing your true self, fostering personal growth and relationship fulfillment.

Commonly today therapists teach people to develop ways of coping with painful feelings. But if we don't get in touch with the aspects of ourselves that we're coping with we just feel better for awhile without changing why we're like that. I want to help you to understand and respect yourself, treating these feelings...and living more enriching lives.

Throughout my career I've had the good fortune to consistently work with a wonderful group of people who, sadly, didn't appreciate themselves. In their suffering they were robbed of a fuller, more joyous life. Fortunately, I've helped people feel safe enough to resolve aspects of their pain to find contentment, meaning and joy in their lives.
