About

Thank you for taking the time to visit this page. I hope what you find here feels right for you. Everyone has basic human needs such as being heard and understood, affirmed, included, loved, and safe. These are met through healthy relationships with the world around us and form the foundation of our personal health and well-being. In meeting our needs, our behavior is purposeful, and no one sets out to fail. Therapy is a process of discovery, or re-discovery, of how to be our best selves and achieve a more satisfying, fulfilling, and enriched life.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, with the elderly, and in single focus groups. My experiences include working with family and peer relationships, conflict resolution, anger/emotion management, anxiety, self-esteem, attachment and co-dependency, chemical dependency, spirituality, and self-regulation/determination.

Evening hours are available Monday through Thursday.
