Do you struggle with coercive relationships and/or religious trauma? Together, we can work on assertiveness, boundaries, and codependency issues. Certified in EMDR trauma therapy, as well as EFT, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness practices, I am passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your own healing and personal empowerment. I specialize in healing from emotional and spiritual trauma caused by abuse, neglect, or organizational trauma such as religious trauma. I work primarily with women and young adults and am LGBTQ+ affirmative. Finding a therapist can be a scary, exhausting process.
