I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (111091) in California. I have specialized in the treatment of eating disorders/ disordered eating, emotional and overeating, as well as body image for 16 years through both a clinical and research lens. I believe that all clients have unique strengths and are capable of creating meaningful change in their lives. I enjoy helping clients access these strengths while improving their relationship with food, body, and mind through identifying and connecting with values, learning healthy coping skills, and improving communication. When someone is struggling with an eating disorder, or suspect they might be, it is recommended to speak with a specialist. My office is located in San Diego, CA but I offer Telehealth sessions to those in CA who do not live close to an Eating Disorder Specialist. Starting treatment with a new provider can be difficult, no matter where you are in your recovery process. I am always happy to answer any questions, discuss treatment options, and help you navigate the process. I am in constant appreciation of the privilege to work and connect with clients.
