About

Whether you are feeling out of control, struggling with a change or transition, or need a space to feel understood, I’m here to help. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults, helping my clients find healing and peace. In my work, I leverage the power of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and expressive arts techniques to help my clients through a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem or self-worth, life transitions and major life changes, family or relational issues, and grief and loss. If you are ready to take back control and feel empowered over your personal struggles, I am here to support you. Please reach out and we can begin your therapeutic journey together.

My dog, Iggy, is also ready to provide comfort as a certified therapy dog. Iggy uses her calming presence to help ground clients and make talking about the tough stuff a little bit easier. Her presence is always optional, given some clients have allergies or prefer not to be around animals.
