I love working with geeks, devs, tech leads, managers, engineers, and scientists. I work with individuals couples (and polycules) to find sense and meaning in a life filled with neurodiversity, stressful jobs, AI fears, un-ending to do lists, and more. I get the people whose fun became work and then the joy was replaced with worries. Whether they are hopefully going to board game meetups to make friends, getting bad reviews from direct reports, or trying to juggle multiple partners, I can help them find a path through the struggle. These are people who want life to be better, but can’t seem to crack the code. View 3 Photos I often provide a bridge (UI or API perhaps) between the emotional workings of our brains and those of our partners and coworkers. I use metaphors, stories, and quests as tools for relating to others, ourselves, and even a spiritual unknown. Some of my clients have Asperger’s (higher-functioning ASD) and we find out how to thrive. My clients tell me that working with someone who gets them is more effective than mere polite caring. Being picked on or picked last leaves it’s mark on us, but it doesn’t have to be who we become.
