About

Recognizing the need for help is a difficult task. Committing to therapy can be even harder, but can help improve your life. When you are ready, I am here! I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families to help overcome challenges and strive to heal! I am here to help you confront and process overwhelming emotions that often cause us to feel alone and defeated. I am here to help you find comfort by building self-compassion, self-forgiveness, and a deeper understanding of yourself!

I utilize an integrative approach that is based on mindfulness, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral techniques to treat clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship problems, and more. I help clients identify and implement strengths, set goals, build coping skills, and ultimately effect change.

I aim to engage all clients from an open, empathic, and nonjudgmental perspective, eager to learn from my clients and watch them grow. I strive to provide my clients the utmost care by meeting them where they are at! We can work together to make positive change! Call or email me today to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation!
