About

Your time in therapy is valuable, and I’m here to help you grow in the ways you deem most important. My work with individuals, couples, and families includes difficulties with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity development, trauma, ADHD, autism, and relationship issues. I also help couples and families with communication, disconnection, infidelity, parenting, and more. Together we will explore the significant relationships in your life, and using your inherent strengths, we will develop insight and strategies to bring the change you seek.

Demanding careers and family life can also tax our relationships and coping skills. I help clients navigate work/life balance, imposter syndrome, and burnout. Other areas of focus include navigating life, family, and career transitions, parenting special needs children, and family conflict.

It can be difficult to take the first step to begin therapy! The most important element of successful treatment is that you find a therapist with whom you feel trust and connection. I invite you to contact me to see if I am the right fit for you.
