About

Are you dealing with mental health challenges that others have deemed too complex? I specialize in supporting those who fall through the cracks in traditional mental health systems. I work with a wide range of ages, from adolescents to seniors. I feel confident supporting individuals, couples, and families through life transitions, identity development, and intimidating diagnoses. If you aren’t sure you can be helped, I’m for you. My first priority is to focus on you living your best life, first confronting negative thought patterns and exploring their underlying causes, while also ensuring we get back to the basics of daily living.

Though I hold clinical degrees and licensure, I opt to work in the coaching sphere because I'm committed to offering innovative, compassionate care that fosters true transformation, and that doesn’t always fit in the normal therapy box. I've worked in inpatient care settings, as well as in traditional outpatient care, and dynamic coaching teams.

I support people in the coaching space with traditional weekly sessions, or for those looking to get more done sooner rather than later, I also offer dynamic eight-week intensives that allow for us to connect every day. Don't hesitate to reach out so we can discuss which option feels like the best fit for you.
