I believe the most important relationship we will ever have is the one we have with ourselves. Yet many of us are never taught how to have a healthy relationship with ourselves and our mental health and relationships suffer. If you struggle with feelings of depression, anxiety, stuckness, people-pleasing, perfectionism, overwhelm, and self-doubt and are ready to work towards building a more solid relationship with yourself, please feel free to reach out. I use a traditional talk therapy approach with a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation. I value creating a safe environment for all. I incorporate modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), “parts”work (the idea that our minds have multiple parts or sub-personalities), and EMDR depending on the needs of the client. Life can be hard, but can become infinitely easier when you find solid and sturdy footing within yourself, even in a world filled with unease and dysfunction. It is an honor to be alongside fellow humans as they explore their inner worlds, excavate and transform pain and trauma, grapple with life’s big questions, and reconnect to their innate wisdom and joy.
