About

The process of finding a therapist and therapy itself can be daunting. I believe in a client-centered and decolonized approach to therapy and do my best to mitigate and eradicate the power dynamics in the therapeutic space in order to allow for human-to-human healing to flourish. Accepting and supporting clients as they come into the therapy space is at the forefront of my practice and my commitment to radical authenticity. Clients can know that their needs, conflicts, life transitions, and goals will be addressed and supported in a therapeutic relationship with me as I walk with you as a personal advocate in your healing journey.

As a Filipina-American therapist, I understand the multicultural nuances that affect many of my BIPOC clients and their lived experiences. I specialize in working with clients wanting to address intergenerational conflicts and traumas, family dynamics, socioeconomic disparities, and the impact of systems on our psyche.

I have worked with clients across the lifespan and coming from various backgrounds, and will meet you where you are in order to best tend to your therapeutic needs and goals. Some of the main modalities I utilize are Rogerian/client-centered therapy, ACT, and somatic based practices. I am excited to be a personal advocate in your journey towards healing.
