About

Daytime availability only at this time. In my work as a therapist, I help individuals and families create visions for growth and success, as well as develop useful coping skills and healthier communication dynamics that allow all members to feel heard and supported. Your thoughts and feelings are valid, and I will provide a safe space to process and experience those thoughts and feelings with you. I work with clients from age two to young adults work with their anxiety, self-esteem, peer relationships, social skills, etc. evolve into the person they aspire to be. I also run social skills groups throughout the year.

I take a collaborative approach in my work. I help my clients define their strengths and how to use those on their journey toward growth. I use riding in a vehicle as a metaphor to my work, where my clients are the driver and I am the GPS- guiding through every bump and detour, and taking in the beautiful scenery.

My wish for young people is for them to believe in themselves and their ability to grow and be successful. What that looks like depends on the work one is willing to put into it! For many, this may get uncomfortable. Remember: in order to grow, we must step out of our comfort zone! Are you ready to step out of your comfort zone?
