Hi, I'm Brianna! I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in California and Colorado. I have spent most of my career working with the adolescent population and their families. Making a positive impact on their lives and futures has been incredibly rewarding. My professional journey has also included counseling adults through divorce, hardship, and life's obstacles. The types of clients I have worked with really vary from adjustment or relational issues to more intensive and pervasive psychological disorders. I am comfortable treating mood and anxiety-based disorders as well as identity, impulse control, substance, and anger issues as well. My primary goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment where the client feels validated and listened to. I hope to make therapy a space where they can let down their guard and evoke positive change as a result. My primary approach to setting goals is through motivational interviewing. I also believe in listening to what brings the client into therapy and helping them find paths to alleviating pain and hardship through setting goals.
