About

I'm Brian Griffin, a LMHC trained in EMDR. I specialize in military, combat and non-combat, related experiences including transitioning from military to civilian life. I am a veteran having served with the 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, NC as a Chaplain Assistant. I work with law enforcement, first responders and medical personnel as a special interest. I am passionate about coming alongside grief work, life transitions, end of life, chronic health issues such as pain or illness, stress management, and growing from dysfunction to thriving. I work with adults (18 or older) only, in-person or virtual.

My ideal client is highly motivated and ready to dive into their emotions, thoughts, and beliefs. I specialize in military, law enforcement, emergency personnel, and medical professionals. I work with trauma and attachment issues. While my focus in on trauma, this includes depression, anxiety, and meaning searching. I also focus heavily on grief.
