I have experience working with the military community, which includes active members, families, and veterans. I have also worked with adults and adolescents with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ+, life transitions, and other related issues. I am a facilitator at Counseling and Forensic Services Inc. Domestic Violence & Battery Intervention Program at the Woodbridge and Alexandria offices. I take a client-centered approach to therapy in assisting you with your goals and helping you through difficult times.
