I have over 25 years experience, three clinical licenses and am a Certified Professional Coach. Years of working in a short term therapy model, coupled with a high level of emotional intelligence, allows me to quickly get to the heart of the matter. I offer deep listening skills in combination with key questions. Clients report feeling understood and hopeful, while seeing behaviors change and life situations improve. My style is collaborative, interactive, and engaging. I am told my warmth and genuine concern for others creates an open, trusting and safe environment for connection and change. Getting help can be hard. It can be hard to be vulnerable, and hard to find someone you feel is a fit. A deep care and concern for others is why I came into the field. I enjoy learning about people, finding blind spots, connecting dots, and illuminating patterns of behavior, and encouraging people to move towards being their best selves.
