As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Life Coach, I work with men and women to support them as they become the best version of themselves. Whether it's through individual counseling or couple's counseling, sometimes we just need someone to listen, guide, coach, and teach us skills that will help us navigate through life. We will do this together utilizing Solution Brief Focus Therapy and Positive Psychology. My question to you is, "What do you want, and what are you doing to get there?". Just as most people have a hairstylist/barber, dentist, and medical doctor, I think we all need our very own therapist and or life coach. Therapy does not mean that you have a problem, therapy means you understand the benefits of being mentally healthy and taking time for self-care. I want to provide a space for you to take care of you!
