I am here to help those struggling with heavy emotions such as depression, anxiety, and anger. I want to help improve relationships, meet personal goals, and improve every day functioning by processing trauma, hurt, and emotional pain. I have worked with ages 4 and up. I am most interested in working with children and adolescents, teens, and young adults. In therapy, I focus on cognitive and behavioral functioning as well as emotional processing. I have experience in REBT, CBT, and play therapy. As a musician, I am also interested in using music and instruments in the counseling process. We all need help through the hard things in life. I am here to help.
