Brandon believes that good therapy shows us how to tap into our own resilience to foster long-term change and personal growth. Brandon specializes in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, anger management issues and life transitions of all varieties. Brandon also works with clients with behavioral disorders, those on the autism spectrum, and with clients addressing intergenerational trauma and challenges associated with communities of color. Brandon uses CBT and DBT, along with elements of narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and positive psychology, to help clients develop the skills and insights they need to engage in their lives that align with their goals, objectives, and values. Brandon has worked in correctional, community, residential, and outpatient settings using this approach. Brandon received his Bachelors in Psychology and Justice Studies from Northeastern Illinois University and earned his Masters in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University.
