I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the State of Texas and is registered to provide mental health and telehealth services across the state. My goal is simple: To Help You! I specialize in clinical areas of depression, anxiety, difficult adjustment to life stress, and trauma. During therapy I use various client-tailored approaches in therapy, including but not limited to person-centered and cognitive-behavioral, and expressive therapy. As a result of my work, clients have reduced stress, depression, trauma, anxiety and more while rebuilding and improving the "Brand New You". It is my belief that two of the most important aspects of the therapeutic process are confidentiality and the trusting relationship between the therapist and the client.
