Boundaries are essential to maintaining our mental health. We set boundaries every day - at work, with our social circle, with our families and even with our inner selves. I am here to support you in learning how to identify your emotions, determine your needs and collaborate with you to communicate your boundaries in a way that feels authentic to YOU. In this process, you may discover people pleasing tendencies or reflect upon times you have felt unheard. I am here to validate these experiences while cheering you on to create new patterns that will set you free from stress and overthinking. Authentic empathy is my superpower! I get to know my clients as humans, not just clients. I have a great memory and will remember important people and milestones in your life. I am future focused, positive and will hold you accountable to the goals you set for yourself in session. While most of my direct clinical experience has focused on people under 18 years old, it's important to me to also empower parents and other caregivers (teachers, nurses, etc.) to set boundaries and develop self worth, communication/ & self care patterns that will help you preserve your energy to be able to continue to do what they do best!
