About

A client once said that on the day of everyone's birth, they should be assigned a therapist for life. At some time in your life wouldn't it be nice to have someone validate you, completely accept you without judgment and be there when you feel you can't go on? Perhaps you'd begin to see your strengths, learn how to think positively and understand that you can move forward no matter your situation.

I love meeting people just where they are and taking them to new ways to think, feel and live. You and I might do that by resolving trauma, healing relationships and learning to live fully each day. My job is to give you tools and techniques to deal with life's problems and to help you strengthen your self-esteem.

If you are going through a difficult time, be it depression, anxiety, divorce or growing older, I invite you to contact me. Having been in practice for 20+ years, I have had the privilege of working with many wonderful people who have been there before you and have come away living a fuller and enjoyable life. I offer a warm, caring and safe place.
