Therapists » Marriage & Family Therapist
I work from a Christian perspective, helping people heal from broken relationships and symptoms resulting from emotional wounds (depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, etc.). I integrate faith with psychological techniques. My clients are not exclusively Christian, and for those not interested in integrating faith, I respectfully only focus on clinical issues. I help couples learn to communicate, develop deeper intimacy, and navigate other challenges, such as betrayal from affairs. For couples considering engagement, I provide per-marital counseling. It can be intimidating seeing a new therapist for the first time, and everyone is usually nervous. I hope you find a therapist you feel safe enough to be yourself with. If I get the honor of being that person for you, I'll be my own slightly awkward and quirky, authentic self with you.
