About

I have provided therapy to a diverse population of individuals in a variety of professional work settings as a licensed psychologist for over 10 years. Currently, I am offering online mental health therapy to help individuals work toward and achieve personal goals. I work with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, or feeling like they are in a stuck point in their life. I understand creating significant change can be difficult without having some initial support and guidance. I believe practicing new coping strategies until they become established in your life is important to increasing well-being.

I enjoy teaming up with people, to help them take positive steps and establish a practice of healthy coping strategies on their journey. I explore how people’s thoughts, relationships, and responsibilities affect mood and stress. Increasing awareness to issues affecting your mood and stress can provide significant opportunity to live life more consciously.

Significant change can occur in therapy through support and adding a few new coping strategies. Also, I believe mindfulness, meditation, and yoga can help on the path toward positive change.
