I have been blessed with a diverse career, working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, addressing challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, divorce, complex grief, parenting challenges, relational difficulties, and childhood & medical trauma, As an EMDR-Sandtray Specialist, I utilize creative and effective methods to facilitate healing and personal growth. My trauma-informed care helps clients to overcome major losses. I provide expert parent coaching and co-parenting therapy to help parents navigate complex dynamics and adore working with children in play therapy, helping them find their voices. I feel truly blessed to be part of each client’s healing journey. I am dedicated to provide a supportive and empowering environment where individuals, couples, and families can thrive and learn to trust to feel safe again.
