Making the decision to make a change and begin therapy is often filled with various emotions ranging from excitement and joy to fear and anxiety. In addition, navigating which therapist to choose in a fallen world can be confusing and frustrating. Like you, I faced adversity in my life and decided to make a change. By God's love and grace, I have been able to heal from my past, make changes, and live a life filled with meaning and purpose in serving Jesus. I believe you can not give what you do not have. For this reason, I am here to be a vessel for God to work. My hope is God will do for you what he has done for me. I work with all ages, but I specialize in treating adolescents (ages 12-19) using individual and family therapy. I offer Catholic faith integration at the client's request.
