Renowned psychologist Carl Rogers once stated that the process of a ‘good life’ involves stretching, growing, and becoming more and more of one's potentialities. He argued that the individual who chooses growth as their compass in life, is truly an inwardly free individual (Rogers, 1961). Inspired by Rogers’ outlook, I focus my work with clients on expanding their process of growth into an engaging endeavor rather than a strenuous one. I work with adults and professionals who struggle with a variety of challenges (anxiety, depression, existential and life transitions, personal & professional development). I utilize a culturally sensitive, strength-based approach using CBT, solution focused therapy and neuroscience-informed interventions to support clients toward their goals. I believe that every individual has tremendous inner resources that need support in coming to light and my goal is to empower them to create the best life for themselves and their relationships in ways that feel tangible, measurable and clear.
