Sometimes we want to change our careers, improve our relationships, self-esteem, health and physical appearance. Balancing our professional careers, personal relationships, and finances can be stressful. We may feel frustrated, scared, discouraged, or confused. In psychotherapy I help my clients overcome issues related to their present circumstances and past experiences so they transform into successful, empowered, and healthy individuals. I have more than 10 years of experience in professional counseling. My experience includes: career counseling, domestic violence, self-esteem, assertiveness, trauma, and anxiety. I also offer online coaching services via Skype for clients outside the Miami area. Counseling enables people to identify their unique strengths, weaknesses and eliminate challenges. Psychotherapy helps individuals achieve their greatest potential, health, happiness, success and prosperity.
