Empowering people to become their best self is my life’s work. If you want to end unhealthy interactions, struggle with anxiety and/or depression, have experienced trauma or feel generally unsatisfied or lonely, I can assist you. My role is to help you uncover what makes you the unique individual you are. Together, we will gain insight about yourself, explore patterns in your relationships and behaviors and address the impact of your past experiences on your current functioning. I will create a safe space for you to experiment with new ways of being, recognizing that ultimately it will be your decision as to what changes to make. I offer mindfulness based CBT, client centered and ego state interventions. I am trained in EMDR, which incorporates both body and mind. I have Level I/II Gottman training to help couples through challenging times. My therapeutic style is deeply grounded in inclusivity, self compassion and trauma informed care; therapy that is very much guided by the client. From my broad base of clinical experience, I will tailor an individual approach that best matches your needs. I use humor and warmth, believing that the therapeutic relationship is crucial for success. Focusing on your strengths, I will help you identify and enhance your innate capabilities. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to ask questions that you have.
