I believe therapy is about development and progression. Therapy can often be a challenging process. Recognizing that change can be hard at times, I strive to provide a safe, confidential, and comfortable atmosphere. I work hard to balance a client's desire to change and the need for support and stability, by providing a challenging yet nurturing environment. My goals are to help people increase their understanding and awareness of their own influences in their lives, to help clients develop the best relationships possible and reach a better understanding for positive and lasting change. As a Therapist I work with couples and families providing counseling for many types of relationships. Additionally, I offer individual mental health counseling. I treat those who are experiencing life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, anger, conflicts, doubt, and a wide variety of other problems and concerns. My goal is to provide couples, families, and individuals, with compassionate, insightful, and practical therapy that opens the door to hope, healing, positive growth and change. Take the next step and explore the possibilities. Call me today to schedule an appointment or inquire about my services at 360.588.2181
