About

I am an LPC-A who is passionate about working with you to create growth and healing in your life. Even now as you consider therapy, you are already taking steps in the right direction, and I am proud of you for that. From personal experience, I know just how daunting it can be to start therapy and choose a therapist. Anytime we face the unknown, it can create discomfort, and that is okay. I am in your corner to support you and help find the right fit for you. (Under supervision of Grace Iacuone, LPC-S)

I work with clients across the lifespan and with many different concerns. As an inclusive therapist, I am open, affirmative, and accepting of all personal identities and backgrounds. I utilize Child-Centered play therapy and Theraplay techniques when working with children and their families. I also love to implement expressive modalities such as SandTray.

I am especially passionate about working with the neurodivergent community. I believe each person can overcome whatever obstacle life throws at us. I offer free 15-minute phone call consultations to talk briefly to see if I am the right fit for you. Regardless, I am more than happy to help you find the resources you need. I look forward to meeting you!
