About

I am a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience. I use primarily relational and psycho-dynamic approaches to help people understand and make meaning of current conflicts and difficulties. Our goal is always to develop a compassionate narrative in relation to these difficulties and to support your desired changes toward living a more fulfilling, self-determined life. Mindfulness and acceptance practices that offer symptom relief are an integral part of my work.

My expertise includes working with clients struggling with grief, loss and trauma. I am trained as an EMDR therapist and use this approach both as a primary intervention and in the context of longer term, psychodynamic therapy. I also offer coaching support to help individuals with the stress and distress of important life transitions.

Together, we will work to co-create a safe and deeply healing relationship in which you can feel less alone and more aware of the nature and dynamics of your struggle. Our ultimate goal will be to use this awareness to help you feel more connected to yourself and others and more in control of your life.
