In my practice I value the importance of a mind-body connection and utilize mindfulness as needed in our sessions. My life’s journey has taught me to appreciate each individual, and incorporate a humanistic approach to tailor to your needs. It is important for me to meet you where you are in the therapeutic process; you are not alone. I help people with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and have a special interest in the LGBTQ+ community and those involved in sex work and alternative sexuality and intimacy lifestyles. I will help you become empowered to make the changes you want to make in your life. I love to travel and have participated in international vision clinics to provide glasses to those in need. In my free time, I volunteer in the LGBTQ+ community and enjoy getting out trekking in nature and exploring remote locations.
