I work collaboratively with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, or struggles in their relationships. I use a strengths based, relational approach to therapy, helping my clients understand healthy and unhealthy relationship patterns in their lives and how to change them. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing and EMDR which I use with clients who have experienced trauma or are feeling "stuck" in their lives. I work collaboratively with you so that together we may discover your path to a healthier, happier and fulfilling life. I work with families, couples and individuals. I help those who've experienced trauma in their lives. Somatic Experiencing helps my clients expand their range of emotional resiliency and process their trauma. I also use EMDR and a relational approach to therapy to help bring balance and restore a solid foundation that leads to happiness and fulfillment in life. I am certified in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing for trauma as well as trained in a collaborative, relational approach to therapy through The Ackerman Institute for the Family.
