About

Change is stressful, even when it comes with joy or success, or when you’ve worked toward it for a long time. It’s natural to have lots of emotions or even doubts arise in times of transition. Promotions, new relationships, moves, the death of a friend or loved one or beloved pet, relationships ending, moving into a new stage of life - change always involves elements of the unknown. For over 20 years I’ve been helping people navigate life transitions. I meet each client where they are, to help them grow and develop in ways that help them through challenging times.

Together, we explore emotional territories that are difficult to be in alone. We identify and draw on their strengths, clarify what is most important to them, and develop approaches to help them thrive. I often provide resources for clients to use between sessions and after our work together has ended.

The core of my style is a deep respect for each individual's unique process. Clients I've worked with have reported benefits such as experiencing more joy; greater inner peace and wellbeing; more satisfying relationships; a deeper sense of connection with others; more effective communication; enhanced creativity; and greater self-confidence.
