I work with clients on understanding and seeking support with depression, anxiety, family, or relationship issues or adjusting to life transitions. Goals in therapy include understanding yourself better, identify patterns in thoughts and behaviors while exploring the impacts of choices in life. My therapy is collaborative, challenging, and creative, supporting you and your goals through empathic listening, exploration of patterns, relationships, and the here-and-now during sessions. Sometimes people come to therapy seeking immediate assistance with their mental health, and sometimes, people come to therapy to continue to explore their growth and potential.
